Bảo Khánh

At my third year at Hanoi College of information technology I dropped out of school, and for the first time in my life I realized I could do everything except staying put in one place day by day. I tried photography as a reason to stay outdoors long enough and the first camera I owned was probably 8 years ago.

If somebody asks me what is the most essential to a Photographer, I would not hesitate to say that it is not a technique, not a device but knowledge and hard work. I believe photos are more valuable if the photographers and the subjects are closely connected and I always try to stay with them, to communicate and to understand their stories. Photographers can not succeed unless they struggle to push themselves out of their comfort zone.
